As Managing Principal, Bob Rauschenbach is responsible for the
overall administration and operation of RMB. Under his guidance,
RMB has grown from a single entrepreneur into an established,
reputable organization capable of servicing any project type of
any complexity. His 36 years of experience span Architectural
and associated engineering on projects ranging from hospitals
to quick-service restaurants, with institutional, corporate and
private sector clients. He strives to ensure the client relationship
and communication required to conceive, execute and complete any
project.
Mark Marvelli
As RMB Principal-In-Charge-Design, Mark Marvelli is responsible
for all aspects of project planning, design and entitlement approval.
His 31 years of experience in the design and entitlement procurement
of projects range from single/multifamily residential to regional
commercial shopping centers. Mark's hands-on approach to the challenges
of project planning, design and agency approval assure the Client
of the most effective and coordinated design process available.
Fred Becker
As Principal-In-Charge-Production, Fred Becker is responsible for
all aspects of project Construction Documentation production,
Permitting and Construction Contract Administration. His 36 years
of experience, from single/multifamily housing to large commercial
and institutional facilities, is reflected on every Construction
Drawing RMB produces. Together with his Production Managers, Fred
has instituted a system of quality control for each set of Construction
Documents. This has proven itself through tighter bids, fewer
Contractor mistakes and reduced or eliminated Change Orders.
